When writing the book we called out the eventuality of a pandemic, and made the point of the advantages of a personalized vehicle that is sanitized automatically as much as needed. But we did not know a pandemic was already on the way. Unfortunately the ShuttlePlane-APF is not ready yet...but makes us realize how we need to start Designing Now!!
ShuttlePorts each have a HBU Human Bio-Unit
ShuttlePort HBUs are like restrooms but do not have the germ, smell, cleanliness or availability problems of their ancestors. Also, these units have sensors that look for viruses and set off pandemic security protocols that restrict access to areas, etc.
